Your key responsibilities

  • Overseeing country-level financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and providing reliable insights for executive decision-making.
  • Ensure timely, consistent, and standardised reporting:
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to analyze and explain financial results.
  • Conduct actual vs. plan analysis and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Lead a team of six in the Controlling Department, fostering excellence and professional development.
  • Direct financial planning and budgeting for all service lines, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Manage TAX Service Line reporting and efficiently handle ad-hoc inquiries.
  • Participate in monthly and annual closing processes, ensuring a compliant financial close for management reporting.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of accounting policies and budgeting principles.


To qualify for the role, you have

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance/controlling, including at least 2-3 years in people management.
  • University or College degree in economics/accounting/finance.
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian is a must.
  • Experience working with SAP.
  • Advanced knowledge with MS Office
  • IFRS knowledge is an advantage
  • Demonstrates responsibility, reliability, and precision.
  • Must show initiative, professionalism, and a strong dedication to confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
