Feladatok:

  • Support European Fleet business and Commercial Optimization team in customer acquisition process
  • Contribute to the implementation of bp go-to-market strategy in new segments with analytical and process operating tasks
  • Enhance the execution and day-to-day operation of processes
  • Help newly acquired customers' onboarding process, optimize the process and the execution towards shortest onboarding time
  • Understand and serve customer needs on tactical and operational levels for performance maximization against key indicators, such as customer satisfaction, service level compliance, business value
  • Collect and share customer insights in a structured way, create recommendations for best customer experience
  • Use relevant information technology systems efficiently and precisely with data security compliance
  • Support the development of a continuous improvement culture & collaboration with all teams
  • Comply with BP HSSE Policies as detailed in the BP employee handbook

Elvárások:

  • Ongoing studies and active Hungarian student status for at least 6 more months
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree – already completed your first year at university
  • Fluent written and spoken English language knowledge is a must
  • Customer centricity, proactivity and teamwork
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications is necessary (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Working time

  • Be able to invest at least 24 working hours per week according to agreed schedule
