Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Arrow Electronics, Inc. As a key member of our global customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and manage customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
Provide extensive information and assistance to customers, continuously monitoring their cases
Execute order information and change requests
Offer information about services
Maintain ongoing communication between the engineering team, internal staff, suppliers, and customers
Manage formal quotes
Handle complaints and resolve problems
Liaise with international teams from different regions

Requirements

At least secondary education (high school diploma)
Customer-focused, willing, and helpful attitude
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Negotiation-level English language skills, both orally and in writing
Teamwork and individual work
Computer skills
Results-oriented thinking
Good to have: experience in a similar area of customer service, positive and empathic attitude
