About the Role:

  • Develop specifications for new IT products/services, applications, and service offerings, including analysis and feasibility studies.
  • Develop and maintain policies, standards, documentation, and guidelines regarding IT-related procedures and processes.
  • Manage vendor relationships, statements of work, vendor invoices, vendor escalations, SLA agreement screening, contract definitions, and vendor deliverables.
  • Work with business stakeholders to define business cases, identify potential infrastructure and application prospects, select best-fit-solutions, and setup solid implementation plans.
  • Translate complex contexts into simple messages and visual representation for executive-level discussions.
  • Responsible for user management, creation of Tiber roles, and assignments.
  • Strong understanding of business infrastructure and application life-cycle management and IT service delivery methods.
  • Possesses a strong technical understanding and stays current with emerging and state-of-the-art solutions, IT security, and data protection.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology.
  • Good English language competency – both verbal and written.
  • Minimum 4 years of progressively responsible experience with ITIL Framework, IT Security, IT Application implementation, and cross-function collaboration.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Experience working with technical and non-technical staff and stakeholders.
  • Experience with organizational policies, plans, and standards.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and technical communication skills.
  • Proficiency in written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
