Keressük leendő munkatársunkat határozott időre (2027. június végéig) Talent Acquisition szakértő pozícióba, aki nyitott, lendületes személyiség és szívesen tartozna egy stabil, de folyamatosan fejlődő, nemzetközi környezetű és különleges, hazánkban egyedülálló iparágban működő vállalathoz. Téged keresünk, ha úgy érzed értékteremtő csapatjátékos vagy, nem okoz gondot, hogy egyszerre több szálat tarts a kezedben és elfogadod, hogy szabályozott környezetben dolgozunk.
,- légiforgalmi irányítók és repüléstájékoztatók toborzási és kiválasztási folyamatának end-to-end menedzselése;
- hatékony toborzási és kiválasztási módszerek és koncepciók kidolgozása az iparági sajátosságok, szakterületi igények és piaci trendek figyelembevételével;
- aktív részvétel toborzó kampányok kialakításában, illetve a toborzó eseményeken, szorosan együttműködve a Kommunikációs csapattal;
- a legújabb toborzási trendek felkutatása, bevezetése;
- toborzási folyamat hatékonyságának figyelemmel kísérése, toborzási adatok folyamatos monitorozása és riportolása a szakterületi és a HR vezetők felé;
- szoros együttműködés a szakterületi vezetőkkel, illetve a HR csapattal a teljes kiválasztási folyamat során.
- felsőfokú végzettség munkapszichológia területén;
- 3-5 év releváns tapasztalat toborzás-kiválasztásban;
- középfokú, aktív angol nyelvtudás;
- vállalati környezetben szerzett munkatapasztalat;
- üzleti gondolkodás
- MS programok felhasználói szintű ismerete.
