  • A Normafa Retreat Center által kínált exkluzív szállodai szobák, rendezvénytermek értékesítése
  • Normafa Retreat csomagok és további szolgáltatások értékesítése
  • Online értékesítési csatornák ismerete, kezelése, proaktív javaslattételek az értékesítési csatornák körében
  • Új, külsős partnerek számára a szálloda, vagy részegységeinek, szolgáltatásainak értékesítése konferenciákra, céges rendezvényekre, privát rendezvényekre
  • Sales csomagok kialakítása és azok értékesítése
  • Jelenlegi partnerekkel a folyamatban lévő sales feladatok ellátása, kapcsolattartás, partner megőrzés, értékesítés
  • Hosszú távú kapcsolatok kiépítése, stratégiai partnerek megtalálása

  • Legalább 3-5 éves tapasztalat sales területén
  • Tárgyalási hajlandóság és készség, elszámoltathatóság és megoldásorientált gondolkodás
  • Kitűnő kommunikációs képesség szóban és írásban, magyarul és angolul egyaránt
  • Együttműködő, pozitív személyiség, nyitottság új megközelítés elsajátítására

  • Marketing ismeretek ( Piackutatás; értékesítési tervek kialakítása, reklám )
  • Wellness / Wellbeing területen szerzett sales tapasztalat ( Hazai / Nemzetközi területen )
  • Tovább idegen nyelvek ismerete
