Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Development Specialist to join our team at ISG International Executive Consulting Kft. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and streamline sales projects to ensure cohesive execution and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Identify and interpret sales patterns, preparing comprehensive summaries and highlighting future business opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver impactful presentations to stakeholders, matching the level of content and visual appeal.
  • Evaluate and analyze sales KPIs, identifying underlying trends and driving factors.
  • Optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Develop executive proposals and product development strategies, distilling insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Represent the sales team in cross-functional meetings, fostering collaboration and communication.
  • Communicate sales-related topics, projects, and tasks to stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry innovations and competitor activities, providing strategic insights to maintain a competitive advantage.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in sales, key account management, or business consultation, preferably in retail or FMCG multinationals.
  • Strong business acumen and excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hungarian and English).
  • Able to prioritize, manage workload, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent networking skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Competent in MS Office, with advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint.
