  • Vendégek üdvözlése, kísérése, tájékoztatás a szálloda szolgáltatásairól, helyi látnivalókról és programlehetőségekről.
  • Szobai szolgáltatások és felszerelések ismertetése.
  • A lobby különböző zónáinak folyamatos felügyelete és biztosítása.
  • Vendégkérések kezelése, szükséges osztályokkal való kapcsolatfelvétel (pl. házkeeping, biztonság, mérnökség).
  • Különleges kérések teljesítése, például transzfer, wellness szolgáltatások, étkezési ajánlatok.
  • Étkezési rendelés kezelése és szállítása.
  • Vendégtechnikai problémák megoldása (pl. számítógépek, Wi-Fi, nyomtatás).
  • VIP vendégek érkezésének koordinálása, különleges igények teljesítése.
  • Segítségnyújtás a bejelentkezés folyamatában és a vendégek előzetes igényeinek előkészítésében
  • Telefonos ügyfélszolgálat biztosítása vendégeink számára.
  • Bejövő és kimenő telefonhívások kezelése, vendégek segítése a szállodai szolgáltatásokkal kapcsolatos kérdésekben.
  • Üzenetek és kérések pontos továbbítása a megfelelő osztályok felé.
  • A vendégek speciális igényeinek kezelése, például információk nyújtása, foglalások kezelése.
  • A telefonos rendszerek és egyéb kommunikációs eszközök megfelelő működtetése.

  • Kiváló kommunikációs és problémamegoldó készségek.
  • Képesség a csapatmunkára és más munkatársakkal való hatékony együttműködésre.
  • Magas szintű vendégorientált hozzáállás.
  • Rugalmasság és proaktív hozzáállás.
  • Tárgyalóképes angol nyelvtudás előny.
