We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Reed Magyarország Kft., an American multinational company providing support services in various areas. As an Italian-speaking Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for clients, resolving their IT issues efficiently and effectively.
Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is around €35,000 - €45,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the Role:
Job Description: As an IT Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide Level 1 IT support to our clients, handling end-user calls, web queries, and emails via various tools. You will also be responsible for documenting and logging calls on our ticketing system, delegating unresolved issues to Level 2 teams, and maintaining customer satisfaction levels.

Qualifications and Skills: To be successful in this role, you should have advanced or native Italian language skills and upper-intermediate English language skills. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an IT Help Desk or customer support role, is an advantage. A university graduate with a willing-to-learn attitude, customer focus mindset, excellent communication skills, and flexibility to work in shifts is required.
