We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Randstad Hungary Kft. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Client Support: Provide timely and effective support to clients via various communication channels, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and professionally.
- Order Management: Manage orders for a specific region, ensuring accurate and timely processing, and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve client issues, using strong problem-solving skills and effective communication.
- Language Expertise: Possess full professional proficiency in English and French or German, with excellent written and spoken skills.
