We are looking for a Danish speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team at Randstad Hungary Kft. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for our B2B partners, providing exceptional support and communication skills to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • First Point of Contact: Respond to emails and phone calls from B2B partners in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contract Management: Review and verify client contracts, pricing, and other relevant information.
  • Customer Support: Provide proactive and reactive support to clients, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer experience, accuracy, and responsiveness.
Requirements:
  • Language Proficiency: Full professional proficiency in English and Danish (written and spoken).
  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
  • Team Player: A customer-focused team player with attention to detail and prioritization skills.
