Job Summary

As a Polish speaking Service Desk Representative at Cognizant Technology Solutions Hungary Kft., you will be the first point of contact for our clients, resolving their IT issues and providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve IT issues of our clients via phone, email, and ticketing tools
  • Handle end-user calls and web queries, documenting and logging calls on the ticketing tool
  • Delegate problems that cannot be resolved on first level to Level 2 teams
  • Keep users informed and follow-up on ongoing cases
  • Maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels

Requirements
  • Advanced or native Polish language skills and English proficiency
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in IT Help Desk
  • Willing-to-learn attitude and customer-focus mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Flexible, multitasking, and dynamic personality, with a team player attitude
  • Logical thinking and good problem-solving skills
  • Hungarian knowledge is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work in shifts and hybrid work mode
