Job Title: Romanian Speaking Customer Service Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Romanian speaking customer service representative to join our team at Crome Communication Kft. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming complaints, inquiries, and requests from clients of BMW Group Romania.

Main Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming complaints, questions, and requests via phone, email, and chat
- Record and administer customer information
- Gather further information from the BMW dealer network and competent departments and experts of BMW Group Romania
- Prepare and submit customer information responses
- Manage requests for new and existing services

Requirements:

- Native Romanian language skills, both written and oral
- Intermediate English language skills
- At least upper secondary education
- Minimum of one year of experience in a call centre handling complaints and outbound calls
- Excellent communication skills
- Precision, independence, and reliability
- Good Computer and MS Office skills
