Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Business Process Manager to lead and manage SAP Finance and Sales processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The successful candidate will provide support for SAP roll-out in Romania, including testing and training, and serve as the primary contact for R/3 and SAP S4/HANA support across the subregion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Management: Lead and manage SAP Finance and Sales processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • SAP Roll-out Support: Provide support for SAP roll-out in Romania, including testing and training.
  • Technical Support: Serve as the primary contact for R/3 and SAP S4/HANA support across the subregion.
  • Process Improvements: Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements and optimizations.
  • User Training: Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing SAP system support.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for SAP processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Business Requirements: Translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
  • Process Enhancements: Improve accounting and financial processes, suggesting SAP process enhancements.
  • Project Management: Ensure timely and budget-friendly project goals and milestones.
  • Client Support: Handle and escalate internal client requirements.
  • Reporting: Develop comprehensive project plans and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting and controlling experience.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Skills: Strong management and problem-solving skills, proactive, creative, team-oriented, and reliable.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel, broad understanding of SAP systems.
  • Cultural Competence: Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally within Subregion and/or South-East Region.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP Experience: Experience with SAP R/3 and S/4HANA.
  • Language: Romanian language is an advantage.
