- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize our business processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, maintaining a strong control environment that mitigates risk.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to local ICS managers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present regular reports to management boards, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Best Practices: Promote and support process efficiency, identifying and implementing best practices to drive business excellence.
- Documentation and Testing: Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of local processes and controls, ensuring they are effective and efficient.
- Deficiency Management: Identify and address deficiencies in our internal control environment, developing and implementing plans to rectify them.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with internal audit teams, management, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Audit, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, Internal Controls, or business processes, preferably in an international environment.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent organizational and task prioritization skills, and fluency in English and intermediate German.
- Additional Requirements: SAP or similar ERP experience, strong MS Office skills, and willingness to travel occasionally for business trips.
