Business Development Specialist

Join our team as a Business Development Representative and take on a challenging role that requires a unique blend of sales, marketing, and analytical skills. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop strategies to meet those needs.
- Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and partners, and develop plans to expand our presence in those markets.
- Strategic Analysis: Analyze market reports and data to identify business prospects and growth areas.
- Proposal Development: Develop compelling proposals for existing customers to explore additional product opportunities.
- Marketing Collaboration: Participate in the preparation and execution of marketing promotions to support sales efforts.
- Administrative Support: Handle sales administration tasks and address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms with prospective customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date on the latest products, services, and pricing plans to effectively communicate with clients and drive sales growth.
Our partner, Randstad Hungary Kft, is a leading company in the field of gas control and equipment manufacturing. With almost 100 years of experience, we have a strong presence in the oxy-acetylene cutting and welding market, and we are now expanding our product range to include high purity and medical gas equipment.
Requirements:- Technical/Chemical Engineering Degree with a minimum of 3 years of technical goods sales experience.
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, with 3 years in business development outside Hungary.
- Proficiency in English and Hungarian.
- Type B driving license.
- Willingness to travel primarily outside Hungary, with a travel percentage of 20-25% on average.
- Competency in Microsoft applications and MS Office tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, "hunter-type" personality.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
