Job Title: Digital Marketing Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Leader to join our team at Vantage Group Hungary Kft. in Budapest, Hungary.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across multiple channels, including SEO, PPC, email, social media, and content marketing. This role requires a strong understanding of project management, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that drives measurable growth and ROI.
  • Lead marketing campaigns from concept to execution, managing a cross-functional team of content creators, designers, and web developers.
  • Oversee lead generation and conversion optimization efforts, using data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define short- and long-term marketing goals, aligning them with overall business objectives.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and impactful.
  • Utilize project management skills to oversee the end-to-end marketing process, from planning to execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reporting on campaign results and recommendations for improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, influencers, and media outlets to boost brand awareness and credibility.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and emerging digital marketing techniques, ensuring Vantage Group Hungary Kft. remains competitive in the market.
Requirements:
  • Experience in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on education, e-commerce, or online training industries.
  • Proven track record in project management (experience with tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and email marketing strategies.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate across departments.
