Key Responsibilities- Adverse Event Reporting: Receive and review adverse event reports from various sources, including voice calls and emails, and route them to the appropriate department for further action.
- Case Management: Monitor mailboxes, triage patient safety reports, and maintain archival of emails and source documents.
- Data Entry: Enter safety information into the front-end system, evaluate case seriousness, and perform initial checks to prevent duplicate entries.
- Translation and Back-Translation: Translate and back-translate safety information as applicable.
- Health Authority Database Extraction: Perform extraction and processing of Individual Case Safety Reports from health authority databases and registries.
- Document Review: Review and maintain documentation processes.
- Process Improvement: Work with project quality roles to improve case quality and contribute to process improvements.
- Training and Development: Attend training sessions, develop skills and capabilities, and assist in the training and mentorship of new joiners.
- Experience: 0-2 years of Pharmacovigilance or relevant Clinical experience or translation experience in Medical Documents is preferred.
- Language Capability: Good spoken and written German proficiency (level B2 CEFR minimum or equivalent) or Native speaker with education in English medium.
- Education: Minimal Education Qualification: Graduate in Life Sciences domain.
