Hiszünk a sokszínűségben, hiszünk a tudásban és a könyvek örökérvényűségében, ezért csak olyan kiadványokat találtok portfóliónkban, melyeket magunk is örömmel emelnénk le a polcról: igényes magyar és külföldi szépirodalmi köteteket, színvonalas gyerek- és ifjúsági könyveket, valamint hiteles tudományos és ismeretterjesztő műveket. A legkisebbektől a felnőttekig nálunk minden korosztály megtalálja a kedvenc kiadványát.

Most a Scolar Kiadó PR és event managerét keressük. A marketing csapat jelenleg egy social media managerből, egy asszisztensből, egy designerből, egy produkciós kollégából és egy marketingvezetőből áll.

FELADATOK:

  • Kiadó rendezvényeinek előkészítése, megvalósítása és utánkövetése – teljes folyamat kézben tartása a csapattagok támogatásával
  • Folyamatos, transzparens kommunikáció a csapattal, átlátható projektmenedzsment
  • Adott esetben javaslattétel meglévő folyamatok fejlesztésére, új formátumok alkalmazására
  • Meglévő sajtókapcsolatok ápolása, adatbázis frissen tartása, sajtókommunikáció menedzselése
  • Új partneri lehetőségek felkutatása
  • Könyv (ki)ajánlók készítése adott preferenciák alapján
  • Follow-up, adminisztráció, riporting (social listening eszköz alkalmazásával)
  • Aktív részvétel kreatív koncepció meghatározásában, megvalósításában
  • Recenziós példányok, beleolvasók küldésének kezelése
  • Adminisztráció (riport, számlázás, szerződések)

SZUPER, HA IGAZ RÁD:

  • Legalább 2-3 éves tapasztalat rendezvényszervezésben és PR területen
  • Könyvszakmai tapasztalat, meglévő kapcsolatrendszer
  • Akár kis létszámú, akár többezres, komplex rendezvények sikeres lebonyolítása
  • Magabiztos angol nyelvtudás (szóban és írásban)
  • Kreativitás, rugalmasság, proaktivitás
  • Projektmenedzsment platform, digitális eszközök használata (Asana, Office 365)
