ACG is an integrated advertising agency expanding our expertise into event management. We are seeking a Senior Event Manager to take ownership of client events from concept through execution and post-event analysis. As part of our team, you will lead cross-functional teams and manage relationships with partners and vendors, delivering events that align with our clients' strategic objectives and our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set event objectives, KPIs, and success metrics in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Oversee all aspects of event planning, including concept development, logistics, vendor management, venue selection, and scheduling.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring events are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact event content.
  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and securing necessary services.
  • Supervise on-site event management, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and gather feedback for future improvements.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant event management experience, with proven success in overseeing the full event lifecycle.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook, with strong administrative skills.
  • A working knowledge of event logistics, budgeting, and content development.
  • Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken).
  • Driver's license is preferred.
