Business Development Manager

Nordconn is a Hungarian–Scandinavian consulting firm providing T&M resourcing, IT and HR expert delegation, as well as data-driven HR solutions, with this role primarily focused on the Hungarian market and
potential expansion to the Nordic region.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new B2B clients to generate new business opportunities
- Manage and grow existing client relationships
- Prepare, lead, and close business negotiations
- Create proposals and pricing for decision-making
- Proactively assess client needs and recommend relevant services
- Maintain ongoing collaboration and communication with internal teams
What We Expect
- B2B sales experience, including both new business development and managing existing accounts (farming and hunting)
- Experience working with enterprise-level/multinational clients
- Quick learning ability and aptitude for understanding complex service offerings
- Confident communication and presentation skills
- Strong relationship-building skills with a proactive mindset
- Fluent, business-level English proficiency
- Open, approachable, and professional communication style
- Business-oriented approach: you create value, not just presentations
- Proactivity: you take initiative rather than waiting for clients to reach out
- Ethical, reliable, and transparent work ethic
- Building business relationships, and driving business growth
- Established network and relationships with decision-makers and senior leaders
- Experience in external service environments such as outsourcing, agencies, or consulting firm
