DIVÍZIÓVEZETŐ

Ügyfelünk egy jelentős piaci szerepet betöltő cégcsoport, amely országos hálózattal rendelkezik, és komplex megoldásokat kínál üzleti partnerei számára. Jelenleg budapesti irodájukba keressük azt a vezetőt, aki egy növekedésben lévő divízió irányításáért és továbbfejlesztéséért lesz felelős.

Feladatok:

  • az eredményesség biztosítása, ideértve a fedezetet, a költségeket és a projektek megvalósulását
  • a folyamatban lévő projektek nyomon követése, illetve új, nagy ügyfelek szerződtetése
  • a belső folyamatok továbbfejlesztése és működtetése
  • egy mérnökökből és értékesítőkből álló, 5-6 fős csapat irányítása
  • a terület értékesítési céljainak kijelölése, a stratégia kialakítása
  • aktív részvétel a projektek felépítésében és az ügyfélszerzésben
  • a termékportfólió bővítése, új beszállítók felkutatása
  • a beszállítói kör kialakítása, kapcsolattartás a beszállítókkal
  • a marketingtevékenység koordinálása
  • jelentési kötelezettség az ügyvezető igazgató felé

Elvárások:

  • vezetői tapasztalat az alábbi területek valamelyikén:

o műszaki termékek és rendszerek (preferáltan gyengeáramú megoldások, ideértve a

telekommunikációt, informatikát, biztonságtechnikát, hangtechnikát stb.)

o műszaki termékek B2B értékesítése

o műszaki termékek beszerzése

o projektirányítás

  • erős üzleti szemlélet
  • értékesítői véna
  • műszaki vagy gazdasági diploma
  • középfokú angol nyelvtudás szóban és írásban
  • műszaki affinitás
  • gyakorlat működési folyamatok kialakításában és fejlesztésében
  • felhasználói szintű számítógépes ismeretek
  • B kategóriás jogosítvány
