ABOUT THE JOB 

Ceva seeks applicants for the full-time position of Technical Manager in the Commercial Directory of Ceva's Phlyaxia Commercial Offices in Budapest's 9th district. This is a remote role that will require you to travel extensively within Hungary.  

The Phylaxia Campus is one of the flagship sites of Ceva Animal Health group. The Swine Business Unit within the Hungarian Commercial Team is responsible for developing and executing strategies to support sales and drive revenue within the swine sector. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO  

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager you will build up and maintain close connection with the decision-making management level of the 5-6 biggest Key Accounts in order to support – with the significant technical support of SF colleagues and the Vet service manager- our ambition to improve potential vendor position into trusted advisor 

YOUR DAY TO DAY 

  • Facilitate communication between customers and people in Ceva's research and development, sales management and customer support departments. 
  • Follow up any problems associated with delivery or service, strategic product stock level 
  • Initiate relevant solutions to production, delivery and service problems. 
  • Seek out people in Ceva's organisation who could help meet our customer's future needs. 
  • Bring customer problems to the attention of the Swine Team in order to figure out fast and effective solution as soon as possible 
  • Organise and facilitate regular common (Ceva-Customer) team meetings to rceognise customer's immediate or longer-term needs. 

YOUR FUTURE AT CEVA 

  • Preparation of the launch of a new global milestone product 
  • participate in the negotiation of the 2025 pharmaceutical tenders of top5 Hungarian swine producers 

Your
profile :

WHAT YOU WILL BRING 

  • University (or equivalent) in Agricultural scienses or agro-ecology 
  • 10 years of experience in Agriculture preferably in livestock management 
  • English (conversational)
  • Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Social Media platforms 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • good communication skills 
  • good networking capabilities 
  • existing national reputation and connection network is preferable
