We're now hiring motivated individuals to join the IT support team working with high profile corporate clients. You'll help users solve technical issues, guide them through solutions and handle each case with care from start to finish.

Day-to-day, you'll:

  • be the first point of contact for IT users via phone and email,
  • provide first-level technical support and guide users through quick solutions,
  • create, categorize, and prioritize incoming tickets,
  • escalate issues to specialist support teams when needed,
  • monitor incidents until full resolution and ensure timely recovery,
  • close tickets with accurate documentation and clear communication,
  • this role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a structured environment.

What you need:

  • language skills - German C1 & English B1+,
  • (nice to have) previous experience in any type of customer service, IT service desk, or a similar support role,
  • strong communication skills,
  • proactive, customer-oriented mindset.
