Changan Automobile, one of China's leading automotive manufacturers, is accelerating its global expansion and strengthening its presence in Europe. We are now looking for an experienced and proactive
Regional Aftersales Manager – Eastern Europe
to support and oversee aftersales operations across key Eastern European markets, working closely with our local general distributors and dealer partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary regional link between Changan Europe and our general distributors across Eastern European markets for all aftersales-related matters.
  • Guide and support GDs in setting up and optimizing their aftersales operations, including service network development, parts supply chain, warranty processes, and customer service systems.
  • Ensure the implementation and adherence to Changan's aftersales standards, processes, and operational KPIs across each distributor's dealer network.
  • Monitor service quality, CSI/NPS levels, technical support capabilities, and warranty claim handling across the region.
  • Work closely with HQ teams (technical, warranty, parts, training, logistics) to provide timely, accurate support to distributors.
  • Provide continuous evaluation and reporting on each distributor's aftersales performance, identifying gaps and driving improvement initiatives where needed.
  • Conduct regular on-site visits and service audits to ensure compliance, coach local teams, and maintain strong relationships with distributors and dealers.
  • Lead the rollout of service campaigns, technical training programs, system upgrades, and aftersales projects across Eastern European markets.
  • Establish and enhance Changan's after-sales service system in the region, ensure rapid response mechanisms, address and improve customer issues, and reinforce the brand's service image.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of automotive aftersales experience, ideally in a regional role or supporting distributors/importers.
  • Strong understanding of aftersales functions: service operations, parts logistics, warranty management, technical support, training, and customer satisfaction.
  • Direct experience working with general distributors or importer–dealer models.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural coordination skills.
  • Fluent English required; knowledge of at least one Eastern European language (e.g., Czech, Romanian, Hungarian) is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Eastern Europe (approx. 40–50%).
