We're looking for a proactive and organized
Italian speaker
to ensure that our service technicians are always ready to respond to client needs—and that the necessary spare parts are on hand to get the job done.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate the daily schedule and availability of service technicians for repair and maintenance of refrigeration systems
  • Ensure that our storage facilities are stocked with the right spare parts to support repair work
  • Monitor incoming repair requests and assign technicians accordingly
  • Work closely with technicians, warehouse staff, and customer service teams to ensure seamless after-sales support
  • Track and optimize part usage, forecast needs, and initiate replenishment as required
  • Maintain accurate records of workforce deployment and parts inventory
  • Use tools like SAP and SharePoint for scheduling, reporting, and documentation

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Relevant experience in technical coordination, or operations, or workforce management could be a plus
  • Advanced Italian and at least intermediate English
  • Strong organizational skills and a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once
