About the Role

We are looking for a multilingual professional to join our team as a Collections & Dispute Resolution Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for executing collection activities and resolving customer disputes in a respectful and effective manner. You will ensure compliance with local regulations while supporting strong client relationships and timely resolution of overdue invoices

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage structured reminder outreach (email, phone) to recover overdue payments.
  • Investigate and resolve billing or service-related disputes within defined SLA timeframes.
  • Propose and facilitate structured payment plans with prior client approval.
  • Maintain accurate, auditable records of all communications, collections, and case resolutions.
  • Support the preparation of reports and dashboards to track collection performance.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex disputes for further resolution when required.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English and Italian/German/Polish(written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in B2B receivables management or collections.
  • Knowledge of local compliance requirements related to collections and dispute management is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
