We are currently looking for a

Junior Sales Account Manager (Business Services)

Turkish and English speaker

to join our team
as soon as possible

.

You will:

·       

work together with the sales team, assist in handling new enquires in Turkish and English.

·       

arrange or provide business services for a number of ongoing clients (foreign-owned small and medium-size business) who turn to us with requests – both on an ad hoc and on regular basis

·       

create and update records in our CRM system

·       

stay in daily contract with clients' partners, external providers, in-house contact person

·       

focus on sending out additional business service offers to the ongoing clients

·       

handle contracting, invoicing and payment tracking for your clients

The requirements are…

  • active student status (proven by student ID or university certificate)
  • having and showing us the following documents: student/residence permit, passport/ID, TAJ/private health insurance documentation, tax ID, address card/certificate of the registered address from the Immigration Office
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • ability to deliver projects and answer enquiries on time
  • problem-solver attitude
  • willingness and enthusiasm for learning and improving in the above areas, so you will be able to manage your tasks independently as well
  • fluent English and Turkish language skill (written and spoken), Hungarian is not required.

Preferred skills…

·       

you used CRM systems before

·       

proven experience in sales of services
