There are two main areas where the candidate should help to maintain business focus of our new strategic innovations, like Kate and ecosystem development.

  • Creating strategic vision how the new innovative solutions will contribute to business goals and help orchestrating these solutions into business mindset and environment.
  • Be responsible for business strategy of new innovative solutions like Kate and ecosystems and facilitate execution within the business organization
  • Design customer journeys for Kate and ecosystems which not only supporting customer needs but generate business value as well
  • Facilitate intent detection developments to maximize customization
  • Connect the dots to help the organization to integrate these innovative solutions into the bank's lead management and CRM logic to maximize business value
  • Support the business development team at partner acquisition regrding his/her domain
  • Participate in the shaping of the Bank's strategy in Retail

what you need to succeed:
  • 10+ years of banking / financial institute experience
  • Fluent English
  • Very well aware of the business strategy
  • Deep knowledge of the business processes within his/her domain and good understanding of banking processes in general
  • Familiar with project management and agile principles
  • Has a deep knowledge of the internal and external environment related to his/her domain
