2025 is a big year for us. In January, we announced a game changing deal to become part of the IG Group. We'll continue to operate as an independent business while gaining access to the resources and support of an established leader in the space.

This year, we're accelerating our roadmap and taking our products to the next level. We're building new features like mutual funds, bonds, and family investment tools. We're also exploring how we can leverage AI to deliver an even better experience for our customers.

We've been growing fast and since launching our Hungary team in 2023, we're already 50 strong. That's a lot of people. Sooo many names. So many coffee cups. With that growth comes the exciting expansion of our office space in Budapest. Our journey began in one coworking room, which quickly turned to 3 We're now preparing to move into a larger dedicated office space and maturing from the "start up" coworking where it all began.

With that growth comes the need for a dedicated, organised, and resourceful Office Manager to help us create a workspace that supports our team and reflects our culture. We're looking for someone excited about building from the ground up, from setting up our new office to establishing the systems, processes, and creating an atmosphere that helps our people do their best work.

What You'll Do
  • Set up and manage our Budapest office, including layout planning, sourcing suppliers, coordinating with vendors and snack choices (yes, snacks matter).

  • Be the go-to person for all things office-related,from ordering supplies and managing vendors to keeping the workspace organised, functional, and welcoming.

  • Create and own systems for office management, health & safety, and local compliance.

  • Organise team events, internal celebrations, and support onboarding for new hires.

  • Support travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and administrative tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in office ops or admin (bonus points if it's in a startup or "build it as we go" kind of place).

  • An independent, proactive doer who loves solving problems and actually enjoys figuring things out.

  • Obsessed with details, organisation, and making things and events work better.

  • Someone who's comfortable taking initiative and driving things forward.

  • Friendly, helpful, and always knows where the duct tape is (figuratively… or literally).

  • Fluent in Hungarian and English, you'll be the link between local vibes and global team chats.

Hybrid working culture

We're operating in a hybrid model: 3-days in-office / 2-days from home. We believe great collaboration happens in person and our beautiful offices in central London and Budapest are designed to bring people together.


Office days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
Work from home days: Wednesday, Friday

This setup helps us stay connected, collaborate more effectively, and keep building a culture where we all do our best work together, including dedicated days for focus work.

Interview Process
We keep things simple and transparent. Our process typically includes:

  1. Initial interview – Exploratory chat with someone from the team.

  2. Task – Show us how you think and solve problems.

  3. Hiring Manager interview – A deep dive into your skills and experience.

  4. Executive interview – A conversation with our stakeholders, where we also assess cultural fit.
