We are looking for an Office Manager Intern to join our team. In this role, you will directly support the Office Manager and assist the Travel Expense Assistant with administrative tasks. Additionally, you will help with reception-related duties.

Your Impact:

  • Shadowing Office Manager: organizing events, managing Condeco/Engage system, helping to manage the office's everyday life, manage invoices regarding AGCO Hungary in SAP
  • Travel Expense assistance: helping to manage expense reports
  • Reception assistance: serving as a backup for Reception related tasks, keeping the office neat and orderly

Your Experience and Qualifications:

  • Speak both English and Hungarian fluently.
  • Have ongoing university studies for at least a year and able to work at least 20 hours per week onsite.
  • Have great organization skills and pay attention to details.
  • Can quickly and efficiently solve problems independently.
  • Are confident in using Outlook, Excel and Word

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions. The office is easily accessible by car and public transport. Restaurants, cafés and a shopping centre are also located around the office.
