Norwegian-Speaking Service Desk Analyst
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Norwegian speaker to join an international IT support team in Budapest. This role suits someone who enjoys assisting customers, solving problems and working with technology in a structured environment.
What You Will Do
Act as the first point of contact for Norwegian-speaking users
Troubleshoot IT-related issues and provide guidance remotely
Register, track and close service requests in the system
Follow company procedures and meet service performance standards
Escalate complex technical problems to specialist teams
Requirements
Fluency in Norwegian (C1) and strong English skills
- Experience in IT support or customer service is a plus, but motivated beginners are welcome
Strong communication and organisational skills
Technical curiosity and willingness to learn
Availability to work on-site in Budapest
