Irodavezető
munkatársat keres budapesti irodájába, aki biztosítja a mindennapi működés hatékonyságát, és támogatja a kollégák munkáját.

Amivel foglalkozni fogsz:

  • Az iroda hatékony és zökkenőmentes működésének biztosítása: szervezés, koordináció, információkezelés, operatív ügyek intézése.
  • Irodaszerek és konyhai eszközök megrendelése, beszerzések intézése.
  • Beszállítókkal és szolgáltatókkal (iroda üzemeltetőkkel és karbantartókkal, valamint a takarítókkal) való kapcsolattartás.
  • Irodai kommunikáció támogatása: telefonhívások, e-mailek, postai küldemények kezelése.
  • Vendégek fogadása, ügyfelek kiszolgálása.
  • Vezetők adminisztratív támogatása: meetingek szervezése, utazások lefoglalása.
  • Tárgyalók előkészítése, foglalása, események szervezése.
  • Konyha, étkező és közös helyiségek rendben tartásának felügyelete.
  • Időpontok, találkozók, rendezvények megszervezése, külső szolgáltatók bevonásával.
  • Számlák nyilvántartása, elszámolások készítése.

Amit Tőled várunk:

  • Minimum középfokú végzettség, felsőfokú előny.
  • Legalább 3–4 év tapasztalat hasonló munkakörben.
  • Magabiztos angol nyelvtudás szóban és írásban.
  • MS Office eszközök magabiztos használata.
  • Kiváló kommunikációs, problémamegoldó és szervezőkészség.
