Core Responsibilities

• Leading digitalization for the BU Marketing team in Communication, Media Planning
• Providing input and co-shape as well as locally deploy the regional digital strategy in collaboration with a diverse set of regional and partners across the digital ecosystem of owned, earned and paid channels
• Driving budget decisions for digital media channels and taking responsibility for the budget process
• Coordinating the collaboration with the media agencies
• Being the subject matter expert for local digital marketing activations supporting across the teams, develop local execution plans using globally / regionally developed campaigns
• Driving content distribution for the owned digital platforms, while looking for the relevant opportunities with partners' platforms
• Running the measurement & performance analysis against regional metrics and benchmarks
• Translating regional innovation opportunities and identify incremental local opportunities + testing new platforms and share ideas
• Leading the digital capability building program

In your new role you will be a part of dynamic and high-performing marketing organization, responsible for brand development, driving demand and growing active consumer base across brand, trade and digital marketing, planning and performance functions.

Our digital marketing manager role is key and instrumental in driving digital agenda, constantly upskilling the broader organization. Also this role will play an important part in helping the marketing team lean into a regional way of working while hands-on assisting the business unit in driving business-critical digital marketing plans
.
Do you have what it takes?

• Digital marketing experience from agency or premium consumer brand + experience working in non-traditional marketing inclusive of influencer, experiential, social commerce, content marketing, digital integration, etc.
• High level understanding of global technical platforms in digital world from content distribution and advertising perspective
• Deep understanding of digital channels measurement and ability to connect digital KPIs with overall marketing and business objectives
• Track record of defining digital strategies and complex digital media eco-systems and its successful roll-out
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Native Hungarian and fluent English language skills
