Business Development Manager

Job purpose:
Develop, support and professionalise the Sales and Customer Services Retail Network in order to reach the goals defined by the business units.

Contract duration
: Mercedes-Benz Hungária employee, for indefinite time

Full-time job (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week),

Place of work:
1133 Budapest, Váci út 96-98., Nordic Light office building

Main tasks and responsibilities

Operational Retail Network Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers.
  • Conduct and follow-up audits on- and off-site to ensure compliance with retail standards.
  • Develop and follow up on dealer development plans.
  • Manage standard catalogues and requirements.
  • Support new partner onboarding and retail network development.
  • Provide consulting on construction and refurbishment projects in line with guidelines.
  • Manage partner orgcharts and required qualifications

Dealer Performance Management

  • Collect and analyze financial and business data to ensure transparency and improve dealer performance in cooperation with business units.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc retail network reports and analyses.

Sustainability, Electromobility and Other Topics

  • Collect and report sustainability data, monitor outlet-level initiatives.
  • Manage system access for dealers/colleagues.
  • Oversee trademark use and related compliance.

Requirements

  • Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or Technical degree
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Native Hungarian
  • Automotive interest
  • Driving license category "B" type
