About BYD Auto Hungary

On 22 December 2023, BYD announced the construction of a new energy vehicle production base in Szeged, Hungary, which will be built in phases. The new production base is planned to adopt globally advanced process equipment and highly automated production processes to create a world-leading new energy vehicle manufacturing base.

BYD Auto Hungary is looking for a versatile and dynamic Production Data Analyst to our Auto Parts Division.

 Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for calculating the working hours of employees and the work report of workshop products to ensure the accuracy of data and the timeliness of work report.
  • Responsible for making all kinds of production reports, such as daily production report, semi-finished and finished product cost report, shutdown and material cut-off record report, etc., to ensure that all production data are correct.
  • Responsible for data entry and supervision of non-conforming products and waste products in the workshop to ensure timely disposal and replenishment of non-conforming products.
  • Responsible for the analysis of production data, and provide data support for the planning and quality decisions of the factory.
  • Responsible for statistical summary of hourly production capacity, total production capacity, achievement rate, yield, utilization rate, OEE data and other data, and timely warning when problems are found.
  • Responsible for stock taking of production materials in workshop to ensure sufficient materials.
  • Responsible for translation work in the workshop, and provide translation, training and other support for the workshop.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
  • Over 1 year relevant working experience, familiar with production and operation related processes.
  • Proficient in computer operation, flexible use of excel, word, ppt and other office software. Understand SAP, WMS, MES system, have basic operating system application and problem solving abilities.
  • Good communication skills, stress resistance, work seriously and responsible. Have good logical thinking ability, strong cost awareness, high sensitivity to data.
  • Proficient in English and Hungarian. Fluency in Chinese is preferred.
