Budapesti, dinamikusan fejlődő, szolgáltató partnerünk részére keresünk kollégát ERP projektvezető pozícióba.

Olyan szakembert keresünk, aki magabiztosan koordinálja az ügyfelekkel és a belső csapatokkal való együttműködést, valamint kulcsszerepet vállal innovatív ERP rendszerek bevezetésében.

Feladatok:

● ERP bevezetési projektek irányítása és koordinálása, kifejezetten HR, bér, T&A, juttatási és kapcsolódó modulok bevezetésének managementje

● Projekttervek megvalósítása, feladatok ütemezése és csapat összefogása

● Tesztelési, adatmigrációs és implementációs feladatok felügyelete, valamint a go-live utáni támogatás koordinálás

● Együttműködés a fejlesztőkkel, tanácsadókkal, tesztelőkkel és ezen területek támogatása

● Projekt-adminisztráció, költségtervezés, dokumentációk készítése, feladatok nyomon követése (Jira)

Elvárások:

● BSc/MSc végzettség releváns területen

● Minimum 3 év projektvezetői tapasztalat ERP rendszereknek, HR és kapcsolódó modulok (HRIS/HCM, payroll, T&A, juttatások) bevezetésében

● Kiváló kommunikációs készségek magyar és angol nyelven

● Folyamatszemlélet, struktúrált gondolkodás
