About the Role

As a
Customer Service & Order Management Specialist (Polish speaker)
, you will play a key role in
bp's international Customer Service & Order Management team
, managing the full order process and delivering exceptional support to customers. You will use your
native-level Polish skills
to ensure smooth operations, resolve inquiries, and proactively manage any disruptions.


Good to know:
For this position, besides the hybrid model,
fully remote work is also possible within Hungary
.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers via email, online platforms, and occasionally phone.
  • Manage the entire order lifecycle: quotations, order entry, delivery follow-up, backorder and shortage tracking.
  • Handle and resolve inquiries, claims, and complaints professionally.
  • Suggest alternative solutions proactively in case of supply disruptions.
  • Collaborate with account managers, logistics, and internal teams to ensure smooth processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in CRM/ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.).


What You Bring

  • Native-level
    Polish
    plus fluent English (B2+).
  • 1–2 years' experience in customer service, order management, or a multinational/shared service environment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently as well as in a team.
  • MS Excel/Word proficiency; SAP/CRM knowledge is a plus.
