Job Description
Albemarleis hiring for an HR Support Services Specialist. This position is hybrid and located in Budapest, Hungary.
What You Will Do
Workday Case Resolution Management
- Execute standardized HR processes across the employee lifecycle with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and employee experience.
- Serve as a Tier 2 support contact for employee inquiries, leveraging knowledge bases and case management tools.
- Complete mass data changes.
- Deliver global HR reports that do not require advanced analytics as well as regular data quality audits
Digital Enablement & Systems
- Maintain and update employee data in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday), ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Support adoption of self-service tools and digital workflows; provide feedback on system usability and enhancements.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to HR processes and service delivery.
- Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile initiatives to streamline operations and enhance service quality.
Knowledge Management & Documentation
- Maintain SOPs, process maps, and knowledge articles to support consistent service delivery.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and onboarding guides for new HR team members.
Compliance & Risk Mitigation
- Ensure HR transactions comply with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., GDPR, FMLA).
- Support audit readiness through accurate documentation and proactive data management.
Transformation Support
- Collaborate with HR Transformation teams on pilots, system rollouts, and change initiatives.
- Provide insights from frontline service delivery to inform strategic decisions and future-state design
What You Bring
- Deep understanding of HR operations and systems
- Customer-centric mindset that prioritizes delivering responsive, high-quality support for employee and manager needs across HR processes.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration with COEs, HR Partners, and other internal teams, ensuring alignment in program delivery and support.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Skilled in assessing and managing employee and manager inquiries, determining when to escalate complex issues, and providing effective solutions.
- Demonstrate fluency in HR systems and tools, leveraging technology to optimize service delivery and reporting.
- Upholds the highest standards of data privacy and ethical conduct in all aspects of HR support.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving processes, systems, and priorities within HR service delivery, staying responsive to change and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; certification in HR operations or process improvement is a plus.
- 4 years of experience in HR shared services or operations, ideally within a transforming organization.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms and case management tools.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Change-resilient and comfortable working in dynamic, evolving environments.
