As Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting growth, by:
  • Processing Orders accurately and efficiently
    • Ensuring timley delivery and customer satisfaction
    • Addressing any issues related to orders or invoicing
  • Manage Customer Relationships
    • Collaboration with sales team to ensure proper data entry
    • Tracking sales activities
  • Support Sales Activity
    • Calendar Management
    • Maintaining up-to-date records in the CRM system
  • Sales Documentation and Reporting
    • Preparing Sales Reports
    • Expense reporting
To be successful and happy in this role, you will need:
  • Some prior experience with sales support / business administration
    • Laboratory Diagnostics or Medical Devices is a strong plus
  • At least high-school education
    • University degree is a strong plus
  • Fluent Hungarian and at least intermediate English language skills
    • Advanced English is a strong plus
  • Proactivity and willingness to acquire new skills
