We are looking for a dedicated Operations Specialist 

  This position is also suitable for students who are looking to gain valuable experience while making a real impact 

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Resolving customer issues via phone and email
  • Partner Support: Partner Onboarding & Full Munch Partner Support
  • Administrative Tasks: Managing and controlling partner contracts
  • Managing Payments
  • Strongly collaborating with the Sales and Marketing Team

Requirements:

  • Native level Czech or Slovak and full proficiency in English
  • You are precise, communicative, proactive and open
  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours including early mornings, later afternoons, and weekends to support operational needs
