Feladatok:

  • Új ügyfelek aktív felkutatása és megszerzése épületgépészeti területen.
  • Kapcsolatok kiépítése és ápolása meglévő partnerekkel, hosszú távú együttműködések kialakítása.
  • A vállalat termékportfóliójának részletes és szakmailag megalapozott bemutatása ügyfelek számára.
  • Személyre szabott műszaki és értékesítési megoldások kidolgozása.
  • Árajánlatok készítése, tárgyalások lebonyolítása és szerződéskötések előkészítése.
  • Piaci trendek, versenytársak és ügyféligények folyamatos figyelemmel kísérése.

Elvárások:

  • Épületgépész mérnöki diploma vagy legalább 8 év releváns szakmai tapasztalat.
  • Angol nyelvtudás, tárgyalási szinten.
  • Kiemelkedő kommunikációs és tárgyalástechnikai készségek.
  • Ügyfélszerzésben és üzletfejlesztésben szerzett tapasztalat.
  • Magas szintű szakmai ismeret az épületgépészeti rendszerekről és megoldásokról.
  • Önálló munkavégzés, proaktív hozzáállás és eredményorientáltság.
