We're looking for a driven and technically-minded Sales Engineer to join our Industrial Refrigeration team. If you're passionate about engineered solutions, eager to grow in a dynamic environment, and ready to make a real impact—this is your opportunity.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Engineer, you'll be the trusted advisor to our clients—consulting, designing, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their HVAC and heat pump needs. You'll work closely with contractors, consultants, and end-users, building long-term relationships and driving business growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Specifying optimal solutions based on customer needs.
  • Leading technical and commercial sales negotiations.
  • Preparing detailed offers with clear specifications and pricing strategies.
  • Supporting customers with product presentations, training, and technical consultations.
  • Identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with the HVAC & IR & Controls sales team on forecasts and reporting.
  • Managing CRM updates and project documentation.
  • Participating in project design, selection, and specification.

What You Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Deep interest in HVAC, committed to learn and to improve professionally
  • Strong interest in heat pump technologies.
  • Proven experience in technical sales or consultancy.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Knowledge of HVAC products and market trends.
  • Hands-on experience in construction, design or possibly system operation.
  • Capability to delivering professional presentations of our solutions to clients at their offices or even on exhibitions, professional conferences or in higher education institutions.
  • Track record of successful sales achievements.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
