Due to the expansion of our company into the Balkan market, we are seeking a candidate who will be responsible for hunting for project opportunities especially in B2B commercial and industrial sector.
Job description:
- Customer relationships
- Search for new clients and project opportunities in HVAC engineering offices, independent HVAC planners, installer companies, investors
- Visit the existing and new clients and give them prompt and effective support demonstrating to them the customer-focused approach of Zehnder
- Collaborate with customers to clarify the project requirements, guide them through the sales process from the first quotation until the successful close of the sales.
- Develop and maintain understanding of Zehnder's product lines to better assist customers in finding tailored solutions, focusing on the radiant heating-cooling and non-residential ventilation solutions.
- Product presentation for the clients:
- Develop the knowledge of the customers on the product portfolio and solution, keep their know-how up to date
- Collaborate on product presentations and seminars to promote Zehnder's product offerings.
- Actively participate in industry fairs and events to enhance the company's presence
- Successful sales
- Collaborate with customers to clarify the project requirements, guide them through the sales process from the first quotation until the successful close of the sales.
- Active participation in making quotations with the support of the local Technical Sales Support
- Clear understanding of the quotations and technical options, lead price negotiations
- Management of the potential projects with follow-up calls, giving sales estimates to the Area Manager
- Close the deal, objection resolution
- CRM Activity and Reporting:
- Maintain and regularly update customer information, visit records, and related data in the company's CRM system to track interactions and sales activities.
- Report all sales and customer-related activities to the Area Manager, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM.
Professional qualifications:
- Technical Expertise
: Technical understanding of building construction and engineering systems (preferably HVAC). Curiosity and interest to acquire new knowledge. - Educational Background
: Solid technical foundation in the building industry (experience in HVAC is an advance) - Market and Customer Knowledge
: Understanding of the construction sector, including market trends and key players. - Sales management
Having sales experience in B2B technical sales is good to have - Effective Communication
: Strong communication skills to convey product value and provide sales guidance. - Computer Literacy
: Proficiency in using computers and software for record-keeping and communication. - Willingness to Travel
: Availability for travel and a valid driver's license for customer visits and events. - English Language Proficiency
: Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, for international communication.
