Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Processing and coordinating orders for international numbering products (e.g., ITFS, UIFN, DID, CSIPT) with accuracy and customer focus.
  • Managing and optimizing numbering inventory and stock to meet customer and business needs.
  • Handling number porting requests efficiently, ensuring a smooth experience for customers.
  • Supporting reporting and data tracking for numbering sales and operations.
  • Managing administrative tasks related to customer requests and internal documentation.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and activation of numbers.
  • Ensuring operational continuity and consistency across all numbering activities.
  • Contributing to the improvement and maintenance of operational processes with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

Experience & Skills:

  • Experience in administrative or operational roles, ideally in telecom or sales support.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Excel and basic reporting tools.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Problem-solving mindset, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
