ATP, building up a new team in Budapest. We are looking for a Development Manager to build up the new Scrum Team, partnering closely with our established ATP teams for domain guidance.Development Manager for a new ATP Scrum team; hire, onboard, and scale the team with a paired ArchitectClosely collaborate with Product Management and Ux Design within the empowered product team to solve problems for our ATP customers and deliver features following the semester plan based strategyBe accountable for the technical decisions and quality regarding the implementations in your teamEngage with your team in product discovery with customers to understand the problems to be solved and identify the work to be doneEnsure the team has a strong understanding of their roles, responsibilities, and how their work contributes to the organization's overall goals and strategySupport team members with career development by setting clear performance and development goals and take care of performance reviewsEstablish a safe space for team members to effectively learn and grow, with emphasis on leveling up people through coaching and mentoringCultivate a culture of continuous learning, improvement and innovation by sharing new insights, fostering a collaborative environment, and encouraging team members to explore new opportunities for developmentInteract with other leaders to align and improve on engineering best practices including quality and delivery – along the engineering aspects of the harmonized product operating modelEstablish high bar for engineering excellence, reliability, performance, and supportability for >1,000 live customersWHAT YOU'LL BRINGMaster's Degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, natural sciences, or similar field10+ years in software enigneering; 3+ years leading/managing engineers in agile cloud product teamsProven delivery of enterprise SaaS at scale; outcome and customer orientedProven ability to work with diverse and innovative teams across locationsDeep understanding of the entire product development lifecycle, from initial idea generation to delivery and ongoing improvementAgile mindset, emphasizing flexibility, adaptability, and continuous learningKnowledge of HPOM to act as an evangelist for the locationTechnical depth to guide: ABAP, RAP, CDS, OData V4, Fiori/UI5 (or comparable stack)Strong in CI/CD, automated testing, observability, incident/RCA; secure and compliant developmentFollowing domain knowledge is a plus: Order Promising, Supply Chain, ATP, BOP, PAL, SubstitutionExcellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management; effective with distributed teamsLanguage: English (fluent); German is a plusWHERE YOU BELONGOur teams in SCM Core Manufacturing & Asset Mgmt.
