Sales Support Specialist

A Work Force belső csapatában a következő feladatok várnak Rád:

  • Ajánlatok kidolgozásában való aktív részvétel és azok ellenőrzése
  • Pályázati anyagok összeállítása, benyújtásának koordinálása, adminisztrációja
  • A teljes értékesítési folyamat támogatása az ügyfélkapcsolattól az utókövetésig
  • Sales csapat operatív támogatása, csapatszintű folyamatok összefogása
  • Értékesítési rendszerek (pl. CRM, sales tool-ok) napi szintű kezelése, adatfrissítés, riportálás
  • Adminisztratív feladatok ellátása: dokumentációk kezelése, szerződések előkészítése, nyilvántartások vezetése
  • Kapcsolattartás belső társosztályokkal (pl: pénzügy, marketing)
  • Ügyféltárgyalások háttértámogatása: prezentációk, anyagok előkészítése
  • Értékesítési riportok, kimutatások, statisztikák készítése a vezetőség számára
  • Részvétel értékesítési kampányok, promóciók szervezésében és lebonyolításában

  • Középfokú végzettség (felsőfokú végzettség előny)
  • Minimum 3 év tapasztalat értékesítés vagy sales support területen
  • Tapasztalat pályázati folyamatokban, ajánlatkészítésben
  • Magabiztos
    angol nyelvtudás
    szóban és írásban (üzleti kommunikációra alkalmas szint)
  • Értékesítési rendszerek (pl. CRM, sales tool-ok) ismerete és használatában szerzett tapasztalat
  • Pályázati rendszerek ismerete és azok lebonyolításában szerzett gyakorlat
    (pl. EU-s pályázatok, közbeszerzések)
  • Magas szintű adminisztratív készség, precizitás, rendszerben való gondolkodás
  • Magabiztos számítógépes ismeretek (MS Office, különösen Excel)
  • Jó kommunikációs és problémamegoldó készség
  • Csapatban való együttműködés és önálló munkavégzés képessége
  • Proaktív hozzáállás, rugalmasság, megbízhatóság
