Role Overview

As a 
Customer Support Specialist – LiveChat
, you'll be the friendly face of Collection Pot and a key part of our customers' journey. You'll handle multiple LiveChat conversations at once, guiding users through their experience with professionalism, warmth and efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

You will:

  • Deliver excellent support via LiveChat, confidently handling several customer queries at the same time.
  • Guide users through creating a Pot, verifying their account (in line with financial regulations), and redeeming funds via bank transfer or gift cards.
  • Resolve a variety of issues ranging from simple questions to more complex or technical enquiries, ensuring every interaction is positive and helpful.
  • Play a vital role in maintaining our excellent Trustpilot rating by offering service that truly delights our customers.
  • Work closely with our Product and Operations teams, sharing valuable customer insights to help continuously improve the platform.

What We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • Have 
    1–2 years' experience
     in a customer support or customer-facing role (FinTech or SaaS experience is an advantage).
  • Are confident 
    multitasking
    , able to manage multiple conversations and systems at once, especially during busy periods.
  • Are tech-savvy, curious and keen to learn in a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Have a 
    growth mindset
     and are committed to your own development.
  • Bring a positive, proactive, customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrate empathy, patience and a genuine desire to help others.
