Founded in 2008, Sprint Consulting today is a market leading agile training and consulting company in the CEE region. Our company is growing and we are looking for experienced Agile Coaches to join our team of professionals with the potential possibility to become an agile consultant.

Role Description:

This is a full-time Agile Coach role with flexibility for remote work.

As an Agile Coach you will:

  • Support organizations in their Agile transformation, guiding them through the different phases of change
  • Coach teams and organizations to build a cooperative culture based on learning and success
  • Support the selection and application of Agile methodologies tailored to the needs of the teams
  • Act as a true professional partner to Leaders, helping them adopt an Agile mindset
  • Deliver trainings and workshops, providing knowledge-sharing and learning opportunities
  • Continuously develop yourself with the support of a dedicated mentor and the entire Agile Consultant team

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    5 years of professional experience

, including at least
2 years as an Agile Coach

and
2 years as a Scrum Master
- Proven coaching and consulting experience
- Hands-on knowledge of the
Scrum framework

and Agile techniques
- Expertise and experience in
organizational development
- Strong emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills in
Hungarian and English
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate teams towards Agile adoption
- Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, and training sessions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Hungarian is essential

Nice to have:

  • Openness to working under a contractor agreement
  • Experience in a
    Big4 or similar consulting environment
  • Agile certifications (e.g.,
    Certified Scrum Master – CSM, Certified Scrum Professional – CSP, SAFe Agilist

)
