Position

The aim of this role is to review every aspect of sales operations for the purpose of improving sales and sales operations excellence. In this position you will coordinate and develop processes to ensure that information systems support sales operational needs and provide accurate sales forecast. You will work with sales representatives and the finance department, in order to gather data to contribute to the development of business plans and regular reporting.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support management
    in key business management processes such as business planning, forecasting, performance management, and internal business reporting.
  • Support financial month closing
    by providing accurate, verified and validated sales forecast reports.
  • Collect relevant sales/operation data
    (sales pipeline, financial data, contractual data, etc.) and provide accurate ad-hoc and regular reports in order to support up-to-date input for management decisions.
  • Track and analyze reports
    from sales/operation (sales forecast, billed revenue, planned revenue), use them to determine actual status, trends and variances.
  • Analyze and determine requirements
    , how the sales operation and forecast can be altered to improve accuracy and decrease administrative overhead of sales representatives and better meet their needs, observing the stakeholders and analyzing feedback.
  • Develop process improvement plan
    in order to align efficient business operations with internal/external customer satisfaction. Analyze how information is recorded and how the process can be improved and re-engineer the new, more efficient sales operation processes.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant work experience in financial analysis, controlling.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Good organizational and communication skills, team player attitude.
  • Expertise in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Microsoft CRM or similar CRM tool knowledge.
  • Power BI or similar reporting tool knowledge.
  • At least intermediate level of English.
